Hakomi
Hakomi is a therapeutic technique of mindful awareness that helps uncover unconscious material.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic technique that helps to take the emotional pain out of memories.
Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic technique that helps people become aware of, and comfortable with, the different psychological 'parts' in them.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps people become aware of unconscious material by following body (somatic) sensations.
Motivational Interviewing
Moivational Interviewing (MI) is a therapeutic technique used to support people who are contemplating changes in their lives.
Polyvagal Theory
Polyvagal theory is an explanation of how our bodies react to what we perceive as threats. Understanding this helps make our natural (and helpful) reactions less stressful.
